These General Terms govern access to and use of the Route Revolution website, dashboard, API, and related services (“Platform”).
By accessing, registering, booking shipments, recharging wallet, activating features, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Route Revolution is a logistics technology platform and shipment aggregator.
The Company does not physically transport shipments.
The Company is not a courier company or carrier.
All pickup, transit, delivery, weight assessment, and operational handling are performed by independent third-party Courier Partners.
Courier Partner operational decisions and billing data are binding.
Registration, login, wallet recharge, API use, feature activation, or continued use constitutes legal acceptance under applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Services are subject to:
Courier partner availability
Geographic serviceability
Operational feasibility
Regulatory restrictions
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Route Revolution does not guarantee:
Pickup timelines
Delivery timelines
Transit duration
Delivery success rate
Users must not advertise guaranteed delivery using the Platform.
Services are governed by official Rate Card.
Rates may be revised at any time.
Updated rates apply immediately upon publication or notification.
Unless postpaid is approved:
Prepaid wallet model applies.
Freight, RTO, reverse, penalties, weight corrections, and operational charges are auto-deducted.
Wallet balance is non-refundable and non-withdrawable unless specifically approved.
Courier Partner billing records shall be treated as final for reconciliation.
COD is remitted only after Courier Partner settlement.
Standard timeline: T+8 business days from delivery confirmation.
Funds may be held during fraud review, high RTO, abnormal shipment activity, or risk assessment.
Users shall not ship:
Cash
Jewellery or precious metals
Illegal goods
Hazardous materials
Restricted goods under Indian law
Violation may result in suspension and legal action.
The Company shall not be liable for:
Courier delays
Shipment loss or damage by Courier Partners
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential losses
Maximum liability shall not exceed freight charges paid.
The Company may suspend or restrict accounts for:
Fraud suspicion
Policy violations
Payment disputes
High RTO
Risk concerns
User consents to sharing shipment and operational data with:
Courier Partners
Payment gateways
Service providers
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
